The executive search team of Peter Duflo, DeLynn Mitchell, and Marissa Withers have built a deep network of relationships with CXO, VP, and Director-level leaders at over 500 midsize MSPs. This vast network of relationships enables them to quickly fill these MSP leadership roles with proven executives.

Peter Duflo

Peter Duflo is the Chief Executive Officer of SV Executive Search. Over the past 16 years, Peter has led many executive search assignments for leading midsize MSPs, their boards, and their private equity investors. Earlier in his career, Peter led sales and operations at a global IT services company, which exited to a group of Private Equity investors led by Goldman Sachs, built an IT systems integration company, which he sold to a public strategic buyer, and then Peter led an M&A advisory firm exclusively focused on IT services companies.

DeLynn Mitchell

DeLynn Mitchell is a Senior Vice President of executive search at SV Executive Search. DeLynn leads retained executive search engagements for North American MSP leadership. Having led many global CXO and VP-level executive search assignments, DeLynn brings extensive global executive search and human resources experience to MSP clients of Strategic Ventures. Rounding off this global experience, DeLynn has exceptional client management, talent optimization, and project execution experience.

Marissa Withers is a Senior Vice President of executive search SV Executive Search. Marissa leads retained executive search engagements for North American MSP leadership and has deep experience in effective people strategies and successful M&A integration for the MSP industry. This experience includes an extensive tenure establishing and leading human resources for a prominent national MSP. In this leadership role, she helped lead this founder-led business through all its growth to a successful exit as a $120M private equity-owned company.
