DeLynn Mitchell is a Managing Partner of executive search at SV Executive Search. DeLynn leads retained executive search engagements for North American MSP leadership. Having led many global CXO and VP-level executive search assignments, DeLynn brings extensive global executive search and human resources experience to MSP clients of Strategic Ventures. Rounding off this global experience, DeLynn has exceptional client management, talent optimization, and project execution experience.
Marissa Withers is a Managing Partner at SV Executive Search. Marissa leads retained executive search engagements for North American MSP leadership and has deep experience in developing effective people strategies and M&A integration within the MSP industry. Her experience includes a long tenure leading the Talent function for a prominent national MSP platform, helping to grow that business from founder-led and privately held through its growth and evolution to a $120M private equity owned company. Marissa obtained The Chief Human Resources Officer Program certificate from The Wharton School, demonstrating advanced executive skills and knowledge in HR and Talent Strategies.
Amy Szymarek is a VP, Executive Search and a seasoned talent and organizational leader with more than 25 years of experience across human resources, sales, and operations within corporate, consulting, and MSP environments, bringing a uniquely holistic perspective to executive search. Throughout her career, Amy has partnered closely with C‑suite teams to strengthen performance and guide companies through periods of growth, transformation, and M&A activity. She has supported global teams through complex organizational change, including integrations and operational realignments and understands firsthand the dynamics required to scale service driven organizations effectively.
Katie Powers is a Principal, Executive Search and brings more than 14 years of experience supporting growth within managed services and technology organizations. Throughout her career, she has partnered closely with MSP founders and leadership teams to build strong people infrastructure, guide organizations through growth and change, and strengthen leadership alignment. Prior to joining SV Executive Search, Katie served as Chief Administrative Officer at PatientSync and Chief People Officer at Blue Alliance IT, where she led people strategy, organizational development, and operational initiatives supporting company growth. Katie’s experience working inside MSP environments provides valuable perspective in executive search. She understands the leadership profiles required to scale services organizations and works closely with clients to identify executives who can drive performance, build strong teams, and support long-term growth. Katie is based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Peter Duflo is the Founder & MSP Executive Search Advisor of SV Executive Search. Over the past 16 years, Peter has led many executive search assignments for leading midsize MSPs, their boards, and their private equity investors. Earlier in his career, Peter led sales and operations at a global IT services company, which exited to a group of Private Equity investors led by Goldman Sachs, built an IT systems integration company, which he sold to a public strategic buyer, and then Peter led an M&A advisory firm exclusively focused on IT services companies.

Jay Jung leads a CFO advisory team with experience from Big 4 accounting, PE-backed portfolio companies, and public companies. Jay and his team provide CFO advisory, fractional CFO and controller engagements, financial planning and analysis, M&A buy and sell-side quality of earnings, post-merger accounting transition, and ERP conversions.
