Over the past 16 years, the SV Executive Search team has led many executive search assignments for leading midsize MSPs, their boards, and their private equity investors. The executive search team of Peter Duflo, DeLynn Mitchell, and Marissa Withers have built a deep network of relationships with CXO, VP, and Director-level leaders at over 500 midsize MSPs. This vast network of relationships enables them to quickly fill these MSP leadership roles with proven executives.

Peter Duflo is the Chief Executive Officer of SV Executive Search. Over the past 16 years, Peter has led many executive search assignments for leading midsize MSPs, their boards, and their private equity investors. Earlier in his career, Peter led sales and operations at a global IT services company, which exited to a group of Private Equity investors led by Goldman Sachs, built an IT systems integration company, which he sold to a public strategic buyer, and then Peter led an M&A advisory firm exclusively focused on IT services companies.

DeLynn Mitchell is a Senior Vice President of executive search at SV Executive Search. DeLynn leads retained executive search engagements for North American MSP leadership. Having led many global CXO and VP-level executive search assignments, DeLynn brings extensive global executive search and human resources experience to MSP clients of Strategic Ventures. Rounding off this global experience, DeLynn has exceptional client management, talent optimization, and project execution experience.

Marissa Withers is a Senior Vice President at SV Executive Search. Marissa leads retained executive search engagements for North American MSP leadership and has deep experience in developing effective people strategies and M&A integration within the MSP industry. Her experience includes a long tenure leading the Talent function for a prominent national MSP platform, helping to grow that business from founder-led and privately held through its growth and evolution to a $120M private equity owned company. Marissa obtained The Chief Human Resources Officer Program certificate from The Wharton School, demonstrating advanced executive skills and knowledge in HR and Talent Strategies.

Mike Rogan is the Vice President of Business Development at SV Executive Search, where he spearheads MSP client development activities for North America. Mike brings his boardroom expertise to SV Executive Search, where he is dedicated to helping MSPs hire stellar executive teams. Mike has extensive experience in the MSP industry with a proven track record of leading sales and technology teams to achieve consistent year-over-year growth. Known for his outstanding relationship-building abilities, Mike excels at fostering long-term partnerships and is a frequent speaker at technology trade shows, where he connects with clients and inspires growth-oriented strategies for MSPs.
