Marissa Withers is a Managing Partner at SV Executive Search, where she leads retained executive search engagements for MSP leadership teams across North America. She specializes in helping founder-led and private equity-backed MSPs identify leaders who can scale organizations, strengthen operations, and support growth.
Prior to executive search, Marissa led the Talent function for a national MSP, helping guide the organization from founder-led ownership through its evolution into a $120M private equity-backed company. Her experience spans executive hiring, people strategy, organizational growth, and M&A integration, providing clients with practical insight into the leadership challenges facing today’s MSPs.
Marissa completed The Chief Human Resources Officer Program at The Wharton School and brings a unique combination of executive search expertise and firsthand MSP operating experience.
